Your first step is an initial assessment, which includes an in-depth medical and fitness questionnaire, body composition index, movement screen, postural analysis and metabolic rate measurement. Your coach will then evaluate this information to create your personal roadmap.
All of our trainers are required to earn specialized certifications to ensure not only efficiency, but also safety of our client base. So you don’t need to be a professional athlete or aspiring fitness guru to get started. Anyone with any goal at any stage in their life can benefit from what we have to offer!
