GYM RULES
Here are a few gym rules we adhere to at Rehoboth Beach Barbell Club that best reflect our gym’s culture and allows us to foster a fun, safe, clean, and respectful training environment for everyone in our community.
This list is hardly all-inclusive, but it pretty much comes down to safety, common courtesy, and respect for others and our equipment:

- Be nice and introduce yourself to everyone.
- Put everything back in its designated spot. If you don’t know where something goes, ask.
- Wipe down anything you sweat on.
- Do not stand on benches.
- Brush all chalk off your barbells,
kettlebells, pull-up bars, etc. - Do not lean bars or plates against the walls.
- Do handstands and wallball shots
on brick sections of back wall only (please stay off the logo). - Do not drop empty barbells, training bars, or bars with just 10lb plates on them.
- If you notice paper towels are empty, equipment is broken, lights are out, etc. please say something so we can do something about it.
