Frequently Asked Questions
Q. DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR CLASSES?
A. To ensure that every member gets the best quality experience, we require all subsequent visits to be reserved. Reservations allow our coaching staff to keep the class running smoothly, modify the workout to accommodate the number of participants if needed, and provide the best possible coaching for each member. Just a couple of clicks on the Mindbody App will get you signed in! Click here to reserve your spot.
Q. ARE YOU A CROSSFIT GYM?
A. We are no longer a CrossFit affiliate. However, our workouts have not changed (MetCon classes). We have simply expanded our offerings to better suit a wider range of athletes (Olympic Weightlifting, Strongman, Powerlifting, etc.).
Q. WHAT WILL MY FIRST TIME IN YOUR GYM BE LIKE?
A. Your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. During your first visit, here is what you can expect from our fitness coaches:
Q. I DON’T WANT TO BE EMBARRASSED WHEN I START BECAUSE I’M OUT OF SHAPE. SHOULD I WORKOUT ON MY OWN FIRST?
A. No! One of the great things about our gym is that every workout can be scaled or modified to suit any fitness level. Whether you are new to fitness or a veteran, each workout is scaled according to each athlete’s fitness level. We teach our members how to scale and modify workouts in all of our classes, and our coaches always provide modifications. All levels are welcome here, and most people actually start in your shoes. No one at our gym will turn their nose up at you because you are out of shape. We have a friendly and welcoming environment that will embrace you and guide you to your goals.
Q. HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
A. The classes are 1 hour long and include a warm up, skill/strength/mobility session, WOD, and cool down.
Q. HOW OFTEN DO YOU RECOMMEND I COME TO THE GYM?
A. It is best to begin your journey gradually. If you are new to fitness, we suggest coming three days a week for the first few weeks. Once that becomes your new normal, you can start building up to four or five. After you are comfortably up to five days per week, we advise building in two recovery days each week.

A. Your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. During your first visit, here is what you can expect from our fitness coaches:
- Facility Tour: One of our awesome fitness coaches will give you a tour of the facilities. This will help you become familiar with the space, equipment, and program before your first session.
- Goal Discussion: One of the most important things in starting your fitness journey is to set specific goals. You are more likely to succeed when you are held accountable and have something concrete to reach for.
- Fitness Assessment: We will do a quick fitness assessment with you as a baseline, so we can track and compare your progress throughout the program.
- Expectations: Our fitness trainers will walk you through what to expect from each of our different training programs as well as how you can optimize your results outside of the gym.
