FREE STRENGTH TRAINING WORKSHOP
Need help improving your lifts? Well, come join us for a FREE strength training workshop on Sunday, October 14th.
Our coaches will be on hand to provide expert instruction on the primary barbell lifts (Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Strict Press), the Olympic Lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk), and the importance of core training for strength development and injury prevention.
Receive hands-on guidance to perfect your form and become comfortable under the barbell and in the gym. Expect to have fun, make friends, and learn some helpful tips!
This workshop is open to everyone! You don't have to be a member to register.
