Small group training allows athletes to combine goal-specific workouts with the added motivation and camaraderie of training with others. While our core principles remain consistent, we do not believe in running “cookie cutter” workouts for our athletes.
Please Note: We only accept 6 athletes per time slot into our program. This allows us to give our undivided attention to each athlete and closely monitor progress.
Our training programs also include a ONE on ONE personal assessment with an assigned coach. Before we can customize a program, we have to determine the individual needs of our athletes. We'll discuss goals, nutrition habits, test movement quality (mobility, flexibility, and joint stability), and evaluate starting strength and agility.
