- Step 1: To determine a starting point, we begin with an individual Athletic Assessment of each athlete on your team.
- Step 2: Utilizing the data gathered, we develop a program to address common strengths, weaknesses, and limitations.
- Step 3: To ensure proper execution of the program, we conduct a lifting workshop and Q&A session for your team.
- Step 4: Each athlete's training log is monitored weekly by our staff to evaluate progression and make adjustments as necessary.
